Item is (1) piece of 24" length of Extruded Aluminum triangular bar stock.
Sold in 24" Lengths.
Extruded from 6061-T6 Aluminum.
Use with Collets 1/4" and above.
Works great with 5-C Collet Series, for front loading collets.
Easy to use, make quick changes.
Self-centering 3-vane design does not clog.
Can be re-used for different setups.
Stock cuts easily with a hacksaw *(see the "Easy-Saw Fixture"  -- a useful holder for cutting the stock, also sold on eBay).
User cuts stock to lengths dependent upon how much the part needs to extend from your collet.
Especially useful when using a collet fixture on the CNC that does not allow anything to protrude from the back of the collet.
We have used the Collet Stop for several years on our 6 CNC machines.
