    Description

    Rotating Mill Vise Base for UNIMAT SL1000 or DB200.  This base will allow your UNIMAT vise to be rotated to any angle. The base is engraved with angle measurements in 5° increments all the way around. A witness mark is engraved on the side of the rotating base that holds the vise. A locking plate underneath pulls the rotating base down onto the base to lock it securely when the two hold-down screws are tightened. The rotating vise base eliminates clamping and un-clamping the vise to produce angles. The vise can be positioned using the engraved protractor scale as a guide for setting the angle. Rotating base can also be used as a simple rotary table to drill or machine small, radially symmetrically patterns. Mounted on Tilting Table, Rotating Table can be used to cut compound angle. Base size is 3.50" X 3.0" X .50" thick. Made in the USA. Shipping cost within US is $ 5.00
